TréPhonos Love is a live performance by Big Brandon Willis presented in conjunction with The TréPhonos, a project supported by PRH through the Strategic Art Plan. The evening will also feature talks by the artists and ambassadors working on the project and in the community.
TréPhonos is a collaborative art project by Jeanette Degollado, Matt Fries, and Julian Luna, featuring 3 themed payphones, 3 TréPhonos Ambassadors, and 18 Third Ward residents. These phones feature the voices of Third Ward through a series of audio experiences. The artists took the nostalgic payphone and repositioned them as devices for a different kind of public connection. TréPhonos symbolize the heart of Third Ward.

About the Strategic Art Plan
In the Northern Third Ward neighborhood, it is essential to cultivate independent change agents and focus art and creativity as well as the general well-being and wealth building of the residents in our community. Our mission is to empower people and enrich communities through engagement, art & direct action. Generously funded by Houston Endowment, the Strategic Art Plan works to collaborate with organizations based in the Third Ward to present public art engagement opportunities for the community.
